NSWPSSA Boys AFL Championships

As highlighted at the start of the newsletter, Xavier Chilko has enjoyed an outstanding week of football and the NSWPSSA Boys AFL Championships in Coffs Harbour. Xavier was selected in the NSWPSSA team after a series of impressive performances for Riverina at the event.

Xavier and his Riverina team mates played seven games for the week, winning six matches, losing only a tight semi final to eventual state champions Combined Independent Schools.

Riverina’s results were as follows:

Semi Final: Riverina 1.7.13 lost to CIS 4.5.29

We congratulate Xavier on his amazing achievement, becoming the 5^th Parkview Public School student to be selected in the NSWPSSA AFL Team. We cannot wait to hear of his adventures at the National Championships in Adelaide during Term 3.
