NSWPSSA Athletics Championships

Blake Heath has returned from representing Riverina PSSA in the 11 Years AWD classification at the NSWPSSA Athletics Championships hosted at Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre last week.

Blake competed in multi class events in Discus, Long Jump, 200m and 800m. In addition to winning gold in the Multi Class Senior Boys Discus as reported earlier in the newsletter, his achievements in all events were as follows: 

Discus: 1^st/ 17 with a throw of 10.19m

Long Jump: 12^th/18 with a jump of 2.18m

200m: 15^th/18 in a time of 46.44

800m: 11^th/11 in a time of 4.04.50

As a result of Blake’s outstanding achievement he will now represent NSW in the Multi Class Senior Boys Event at the School Sport Australia Athletics Championships being hosted in Brisbane in late November. We congratulate Blake on a unique an outstanding achievement.
